Examples: - 12 sessions for an hour each month giving you a 90-day plan - 3 sessions for an hour each month giving you a 1-year plan Development Possibilities: - Meal plan each week with a workout plan and 3 days we work out or talk together. (Personal preference on what you want those 3 days to consist of in your journey) - Weekly focusing on cleaning out the old negative beliefs and filling those spaces with new positive beliefs! (a belief is something you repeatedly thought about which has now become your reality) - When you need a weekend connection and reflection or every other day affirmations and confirmations due to the expansiveness of your energy! (when transforming from a caterpillar to a butterfly this is very helpful in that process) - Accelerated progression checkpoint for entrepreneurs, start-ups, and organizations. (Can be for a reason, a project, a season, or the duration of the business endeavors) - Consistent Brainstorming or creating plans for your life, your travels, your loved ones, and yourself.
